Plan for Your Child

Planning for the future of our loved ones is a tremendous task. There are so many questions that need to be answered during the planning stages.
Who will over see your child’s special needs trust? Will they need a guardian? Who will they live with? Who will oversee their special needs trust account to make sure it stays up to date.These are just a few questions we need to start asking ourselves, so we can create a plan.

Just remember, the most important thing that parents can do for their son or daughter is to have a plan in place. Allow your child to be apart of the decision making process, if possible. A special needs trust should be created based on the needs of your son or daughter. One day we will no longer be here to care for them ourselves, so plan.
